You are right — it takes commitment. No matter how much chemistry, money, health — whatever. When the low moments come you have to stick it out. take care.

Please know that you are not the only one trying to listen, interpret, and follow God’s will in your life. As I edge closer to retirement the questions of action dates, insurance decisions, and future path questions, sometime interfere with my listening for the “still, small, voice” that I need to hear. All I can ever really pray for, is a “closer walk” with Him. The rest will be revealed in His time. I used to pray, “God, please give me patience, and hurry!” I can only laugh now ,and remember that He has been teaching me all my life.

Though I still have much to learn, He has supported me in big ways and in small. Keep your chin up, and your eyes and ears open. As long as your feet are moving on what you honestly believe is the right path, He will provide for you too.

I could go on and on… but I won’t. I’ll answer the question. Above All…In Christ Alone… Your Grace is Enough just to name a few. I have many, and they all lift me higher, keep me strong, keep me going. His Grace IS enough, and I know that even when I can’t have the answer to the “Why?” question I am longing to hear, He knows my suffering and is here for me. The power of music to praise Him, to pray to Him, to allow Him in to the places we protect… is just awesome.
